作品评选分为大众网络投票及专家评审。专家评审团将从选题角度、创意新颖度、文案完成度、表演水平高低以及摄影、配乐、配音水平等多个维度进行打分，并结合活动专题网页上的网友投票数据，最终选出优秀作品共100部。

　　1、网络投票

　　入围作品将通过官方渠道(专题网页、微信、微博、抖音等平台)展播，网友可通过官方专题网页进行投票点赞，为自己喜爱的作品助力。投票截止日期为2022年3月31日。

　　投票系统限制每个IP每天可以分别给10个参赛者投票，不可重复投票，投票票数将实时显示更新。投票将进行实时监控，刷票或投票异常情况将酌情取消票数。

　　2、专家评审

　　大赛组委会邀请学界、业界专家组建专家评审团对入围作品进行评选，最终统一选出冬奥元素丰富、具有代表性的优秀作品共100部。专家评审拟在大众网络投票结束后启动，将按照公平、公正、公开的原则，最终确定各级别各类别的奖项得主。

　　评审时间：2022年4月1日-10日。

　　3、优秀作品展示

　　专家评审完毕后，组委会将结合大众网上投票与专家评审环节，确定大赛各个奖项。并在入围的100部优秀作品中评选出各类奖项并通过官方渠道(专题网页、微博、微信、抖音等平台)公布。

100 videos will stand out based on the result of online public voting and the assessment by a panel of experts.

A. Online public voting

All videos that pass the first round of review will be displayed via official channels (including the official website, WeChat, Weibo, and Douyin). Netizens can vote for videos they like by March 31, 2022.

Each IP will be allowed to vote for 10 different videos each day. The voting process will be under real-time monitoring. Cheating actions may result in a deduction in the final votes.

B. Expert assessment

The Organizing Committee of the Competition (The Committee) has invited a panel of experts to evaluate all videos that pass the first round of review after the online public voting is over.

Assessment period: April 1 - April 10, 2022.

C. Awarding and the display of outstanding videos

The Committee will determine the awards based on the results of the online public voting and expert assessment. The award list will be announced via official channels (including the official website, WeChat, Weibo, and Douyin).
