第二届“爱上北京的100个理由”短视频征集大赛以“相约冬奥·i Beijing——爱上北京的100个理由”为主题。

　　1、征集范围：

　　大赛面向热爱北京、热爱冰雪运动的外籍人士征集短视频作品。

　　2、短视频作品要求：

　　作品规格：视频作品形式体裁不限；时长不超过5分钟；MOV或MP4格式；清晰度为1080P(1920×1080分辨率)；大小不超过1GB；不添加任何水印标记等；投稿作品应附标题或者描述。

　　投稿者需要遵守以下几项原则和规定：

　　(1)来稿作品需传播社会正能量，突出思想性和艺术性；

　　(2)来稿作品必须为原创作品，符合体裁要求；

　　(3)投稿者应对作品拥有完整的著作权，并保证其所投送的作品不侵犯第三人包括著作权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权等在内的合法权益；

　　(4)来稿版权归活动主办方北京市人民政府新闻办公室所有，活动主办方有权对征集作品公开发表、结集出版、播出推送、展览展示等；

　　(5)本次征集活动解释权属于主办单位。凡投稿者，即视为已同意本征稿启事所有规定。

With “100 Reasons To Love Beijing” as the theme, the short video competition aims to collect short videos from foreigners to share their stories with Beijing and their expectations for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics.

Scope：

The Competition is available for foreign friends who have an affection for both Beijing and winter sports.

Requirements for the videos：

a) There is no limit to the video genre.

b) The video must be less than five minutes long.

c) We only accept video files in MP4 or MOV formats.

d) Resolution should be 1080p (1920×1080).

e) The file sizes must not exceed 1 GB.

f) The video must be without any watermarks.

g) The title or description of the video must be provided when submitting.

All contributors must abide by the following rules and regulations:

a) All short videos submitted must be original.

b) Contributors must own the copyright to their videos and promise no infringement of the third party’s legitimate rights including copyright, portraiture right, right to reputation, and right to privacy.

c) The copyright of all short videos submitted belong to the Information Office of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, which has the right to publish in public and in collection, broadcast, and display.

d) The Information Office of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality reserves the right of final interpretation of the competition. All contributors are deemed to agree with all regulations of the competition.
